AI in Learning & Development

In this last post of the year, instead of offering my opinion and tips, I would like to invite you to share your thoughts on AI in Learning & Development.

AI is on everybody’s mind, and L&D people are as affected as anyone. We need to understand how our learning offering must adapt in 2025 and beyond.

I was recently invited on the podcast with Risely (if you missed it… The future of L&D) and they have now invited us to get involved with their AI in L&D Survey, tracking the penetration and scope of AI in L&D across organisations.

As 2025 knocks, L&D is under pressure to deliver on all fronts amid economic uncertainty. AI promises a firmer grasp over core impact areas, including leadership and management development, scalability, and increased access. AI is perceived as the next big move for organisations emphasising learning as a critical value and feature.
