At People Alchemy Ltd, we believe you should always understand and control how your personal data is used. This page sets out your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your rights
– The right to be informed
You have the right to clear information about how we use your data. Our full Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
– The right of access
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
– The right to rectification
If any of your data is incorrect or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
– The right to erasure
In certain circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”).
– The right to restrict processing
You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain situations.
– The right to data portability
You can request your personal data in a common, machine-readable format to move it to another provider.
– The right to object
You can object to how we use your data, particularly for marketing or where we rely on legitimate interests.
– Rights in relation to automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on individuals.
How to exercise your rights
– If you are an NHS, public sector, or private sector staff member using our learning platform, you should normally make requests through your employer (your organisation is the data controller).
– You may also contact us directly, and we will work with your employer to fulfil your request.
