The OCM have been using the People Alchemy Learning Transfer Platform (LTP) for 10 years.
We asked Ed Parsloe, CEO, how People Alchemy has given them an edge in a really competitive market?
“The holy grail of all learning and development is behavior change, and that’s really embedded in exactly what we try and do from an OCM perspective. So, for me, one of the things the platform allowed us to do was to support genuine learning transfer into the workplace, whether it be working with our organisational clients or indeed individuals on our qualifications and apprenticeship programmes.
So, for me, that was the real key, and that’s where I saw the real alignment between what you’re trying to do with the learning pathway and the way in which we work and the way in which we want to support behavior change in our client.”
Ed further commented that it’s all about the impact that we can create by generally shifting behaviours.
“I look at the quality of outcomes on our programmes, in some of our apprenticeship programs, we’ve got 100% achievement rates, we’ve got 90% rates. That doesn’t happen just by chance. That happens between great program design and platforms that allow this learning transfer to take place really effectively.
So, the impact is the quality of the skills that are being developed and the ability of people to use those skills in the workplace by going through a structured learning programme that allows skills to be developed consistently and effectively and, crucially, transferred to the workplace to create all sorts of them.”
